Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including counseling on new therapy and as requested by patients or required by practice or state regulations.
- Manage and develop a team of pharmacy professionals, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including healthcare, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy remains compliant and competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
