Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with our actuarial and broking teams to deliver in-depth analysis and insights to our clients.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct plan document reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our client Account Executives to execute client service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the development and implementation of health and benefits strategies that meet our clients' unique needs.
  • Coach and guide junior staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Three plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
