**Job Title:** Spokane Event Staff Member

**Location:** Spokane, WA

**Estimated Salary:** $18 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Event Staff member at BEST Crowd Management. As a part of our dynamic event services team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for event attendees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting event attendees with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Event Setup: Assist with event setup, including equipment arrangement, signage placement, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Cleanliness and Orderliness: Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with venue policies.
  • Information Provision: Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to attendees.
  • Crowd Control: Assist with crowd control measures, as necessary, to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

**Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary depending on local regulations).
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and engage in physical activities for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
