Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their functional independence.
About the Role:
- You will conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve their daily living skills, motor function, and overall quality of life.
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- New York state occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Successful completion of an orientation program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $85,000 and $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
