About the Role

Rosecrance Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients and reinforce the concepts of our treatment program.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assess physical and medical needs of patients and provide education on medical topics as necessary.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement activities and maintain knowledge of current infection control techniques.
Requirements
  • A current Illinois RN or LPN license.
  • Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
