Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Operators and CNC Machinists for our manufacturing facility. Opportunities are available for both day and afternoon shifts.

Compensation: Pay is based on experience, starting at $19.50/hr, with an additional $1.50/hr for second shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CNC machinery to produce components from bar stock, ensuring adherence to specifications for inside diameter (I.D.), outside diameter (O.D.), facing, chamfering, grooving, and drilling.
  • Select and adjust arbors, fixtures, speeds, inserts, and tooling according to print specifications.
  • Conduct first piece inspections, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and complete required documentation for setup approval.
  • Load components, operate machines, and perform quality checks at designated intervals, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality throughout the machining process.
  • Ensure machine functionality by regularly checking fluid levels and performing maintenance.
  • Surface grind and re-sharpen arbor teeth as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting operating CNC machines.
  • Familiarity with CNC equipment such as Hardinge lathe, HAAS, Mazak, Ganesh, or Doosan is advantageous.
  • Experience using gauges and micrometers is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is necessary.
  • Shift hours: 1st shift operates Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; 2nd shift from 3:30 pm - 12:00 am.
