Pharmacy Technician Role

Key Responsibilities:- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Manage pharmacy workstations and tasks to ensure prompt, safe, and accurate filling of patient prescriptions
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensure requirements vary by state
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting
- PTCB National Certification
- Education in a related field
