Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist PRN to join our team at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. As a key member of our Cardiopulmonary Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Administer respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities.
  • Perform diagnostic tests of the cardiovascular and pulmonary system to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and lung disorders.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Utilize advanced respiratory equipment and technology to provide optimal patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
  • Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Certified Respiratory Therapist.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification within 90 days of employment.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
