We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Parallel Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in planning, designing, launching, and managing efficient business, financial, and operations systems.
Key Responsibilities:- System Management: Define business, financial, and operations requirements and system goals by engaging decision makers, system owners, and end users in the process.
- Project Management: Manage planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, including developing detailed project plans, delegating tasks, and ensuring completion.
- Application User Support: Coordinate user training of assigned business systems, develop understanding of business processes, and provide detailed analysis of assigned business systems data as needed.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with departmental, corporate, and governmental policies and procedures, perform regular audits of key SOX controls, and gather and maintain documentation that has been identified as critical to maintaining SOX compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field (desired).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of work experience in systems analysis, requirements definition, system design, and/or system implementation.
- Skills: Extensive practical knowledge of importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, etc., experience with ETL, ERP, CRM, Salesforce, Power BI, SAS, and General Ledger, and ability to interact with a diverse user base in a competent and professional manner.
