Financial Oversight:

  • Review new contracts and collaborate with clients to understand the financial implications of projects.
  • Monitor all project-related income and expenditures, including staff, subcontractor, material, and equipment costs, while forecasting future financial profiles.
  • Provide commercial insights during Project Start-Up and Progress Meetings as necessary.
  • Manage the change control process related to commercial activities, issuing early warning and compensation event notices as required.
  • Formalize cost variations resulting from project execution, producing cause-and-effect statements to resolve claims promptly.
  • Prepare monthly payment applications for clients and assess received payment certificates.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to generate invoices and track client payments.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to late payments when necessary.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate and present a comprehensive commercial report every four weeks for Directors and Senior Management, detailing all commercial activities associated with projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison between RJ Power Group and client commercial teams.
  • Review and finalize accounts related to projects, issuing final account statements to clients.
  • Maintain all commercial records in compliance with documentary control standards.
  • Support the Sales Director by providing commercial insights during the tendering process for new projects.

Additional Benefits:

After two years of continuous service, employees are entitled to an additional day of leave per year, up to a maximum of five days.
