AMR Corp. is seeking a skilled Dispatch Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to calls and emails using our communication and information management system to deliver excellent customer support to providers, facilities, and member representatives.
  • Schedule, assign, review, and route transportation requests using established protocols and processes.
  • Clearly document communications and identify and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate trip data, including confirmations, routing time, issues, and performance.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow coworkers.
  • Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service
