  • Act as the primary safety contact for project teams, ensuring contractors maintain full responsibility for safety implementation.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive safety programs and procedures aligned with OSHA standards and industry best practices.
  • Conduct detailed safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, enforce corrective measures, and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Deliver extensive safety training to employees at all levels, covering critical topics such as hazard recognition, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency protocols, and incident reporting.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly, performing root cause analyses, and implementing effective corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to incorporate safety into all phases of construction, from planning to execution and closure.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging safety challenges, and regulatory updates through continuous professional development.
