JOB SUMMARY

As a Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector, you will be responsible for executing essential tasks related to the penetrant processing of products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up and calibrate equipment including FPI processing lines, PSM-5 panels, and black lights.
  • Assist in conducting tests, interpreting, evaluating, and documenting data in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Not applicable.
  • Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to read and write legibly, basic math skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
  • Environment: Manufacturing/Factory setting.
  • Required PPE: Check for necessary personal protective equipment in your work areas.
  • Safety Glasses: Required in all areas of the facility.
  • Shoes/Boots: Steel-toed footwear is mandatory in all areas of the facility.
