- Inspect and repair electrical systems, plumbing, interior carpentry, and exteriors to ensure optimal operating conditions.
- Conduct routine maintenance on recreational vehicles.
- Test drive RVs to diagnose issues and ensure proper functionality.
- Demonstrate the use, function, and features of RVs, as well as provide guidance on basic maintenance.
- Safety Sensitive Position: This role is classified as safety sensitive.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in RV service is preferred.
- Skills:
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capability to read, analyze, and interpret safety manuals and other documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to wear protective clothing and utilize safety equipment as required by OSHA regulations.
- Capacity to tow RVs of various sizes as needed.
- Ability to manage physical tasks, including adjusting, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
