Key Responsibilities

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may be expanded to include additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by management. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
  • Inspect and repair electrical systems, plumbing, interior carpentry, and exteriors to ensure optimal operating conditions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on recreational vehicles.
  • Test drive RVs to diagnose issues and ensure proper functionality.
  • Demonstrate the use, function, and features of RVs, as well as provide guidance on basic maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Safety Sensitive Position: This role is classified as safety sensitive.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in RV service is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Effective communication abilities.
    • Capability to read, analyze, and interpret safety manuals and other documents.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
    • Ability to wear protective clothing and utilize safety equipment as required by OSHA regulations.
    • Capacity to tow RVs of various sizes as needed.
    • Ability to manage physical tasks, including adjusting, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, and bending.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
