Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides tailored educational programs and instruction to students.
  • Maintains compliance with technical college standards and safety protocols in classrooms and laboratories by adhering to established guidelines.
  • Selects and acquires suitable educational resources for course offerings.
  • Ensures uniformity in syllabi, lesson plans, assessments, and other relevant coursework.
  • Oversees the utilization and upkeep of supplies, equipment, and facilities associated with the assigned program.
  • Contributes to recruitment and promotional initiatives.
  • Assists with enrollment and orientation processes.
  • Engages in regular or special committee meetings related to curriculum development, extracurricular activities, and other college-sponsored events or programs as necessary.
  • Supports the planning and implementation of special events, projects, and activities as requested.
  • Exhibits a strong commitment to work performance; operates effectively within the organizational framework; demonstrates reliability and responsible conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Justice Administration) *and* a minimum of one year of experience in the criminal justice sector.
-OR-
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited institution with a focus in the relevant field (at least 18 graduate semester hours or 27 graduate quarter hours) *and* a minimum of one year of experience in the criminal justice sector.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary will be determined based on educational background and professional experience.
