We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leadership Development Program. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of manufacturing white oak staves and barrels for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist supervisors and quality control in daily shift management, including employee relations, inventory control, and procedural tasks.
- Train and develop production associates to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Provide security and loss prevention within departments.
- Learn to oversee or assist with performance management, including tracking results and coaching performance.
- Organize product shipments, transfers, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to assist with continuous improvement projects.
- Work with each department to track and help with performance goals and metrics.
