As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Bakery Manager and shift leaders to ensure that our fresh cookies are always available for our customers. You will supervise a team of 4-8 staff members each shift, managing the preparation of ingredients, mixing dough in a large mixer, and coordinating various stations for mixing, weighing, preparing, frosting, and serving cookies. Your experience in quick service or fast casual dining will be invaluable in this role.
Work Schedule: This position typically requires availability between 9 AM and 11 PM, with a focus on afternoon and evening shifts, making it ideal for individuals with prior experience in fast casual or quick service management.

Qualifications:
- Attention to detail is crucial for this role.
- Must be available to work all shifts.
- A background check is required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma is necessary.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Prior experience in food management is mandatory.
- ServSafe Manager's certification is required or must be obtained upon hiring.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.
