Server Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team at The Melting Pot. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and maintain positive guest relations by providing attentive and courteous service.
  • Abide by our service standards, including the "every table is your station" rule.
  • Establish professional and hospitable rapport with each guest you serve, exceeding their expectations and making their evening special.
  • Perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist servers as needed to improve the guest experience and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of the entire restaurant, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
