Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sagamore, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
  • Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
