Job Title: Registered Nurse - Evenings

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Sagamore, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient information and communicate with the healthcare team
  • Participate in team conferences and meetings to discuss patient care and goals
Requirements:
  • Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and nights, holidays, weekends, and travel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
