About the Role

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, endurance, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
