Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of subcontractors responsible for cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, and mailroom operations.
  • Coordinate all moves, additions, and changes within the facilities.
  • Provide support in various operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities maintenance, support services, military, or housekeeping.
