Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Meineke - 201. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for automotive repairs, ensuring transparency and trust with our customers
- Inspect and test new vehicles to identify necessary adjustments and improvements
- Perform thorough multi-point inspections to identify opportunities for additional maintenance and repair
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout the repair process
- Deep understanding of automotive systems and technologies
- Effective analytical and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with customers and colleagues
- Ability to learn new technologies and repair procedures, with a willingness to adapt and grow
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with ASE Certification or Technical degree preferred
- One year of experience in a service department, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
