Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its esteemed Oncology department at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers in an inpatient setting to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with solid tumors, benign and malignant hematology, and perform various procedures, including bone marrow biopsies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct thorough assessments, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- 2 years of clinical experience providing care to Oncology patients as an advanced practice provider.
- Prior Oncology and Hospitalist Medicine experience is preferred but not required.
- New graduates with significant Oncology nursing experience are also welcome to apply.
- A competitive salary range of $125,999 to $162,872 per year.
