Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Allegheny Valley Hospital. As a CRNA, you will provide high-quality anesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement anesthetic management for patients undergoing anesthesia care.
  • Provide continuous observation of patients under anesthetic care and correct abnormal patient responses.
  • Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to legal and ethical standards of nursing and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Act as a clinical resource to the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Current PA RN license.
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
  • BLS certification.
  • Previous CRNA experience preferred.
