  • Greeting customers promptly and genuinely, and re-engaging appropriately
  • Building customer loyalty by creating genuine connections with customers
  • Guiding customers to looks that flatter
  • Assisting customers in building great wardrobes by providing guiding, helpful service and advice, suggesting layering and accessorizing options
  • Replenishing the sales floor according to minimum product level standards
  • Assisting with floor set execution and ongoing re-merchandising of store


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
