Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for managing the full range of revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support revenue planning and forecasting
  • Partner with business units to provide critical analysis and support to drive business decisions
  • Manage the Sources of Revenue (SoR) hierarchy for all of ADP revenue, including governance and maintenance
  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc management reports to senior management
  • Assist in the creation of revenue financial models to assist in the annual operating plan, reviewing and validating assumptions, ensuring proper reconciliation and data integrity
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including 1+ year of people leadership
  • Experience building financial models from scratch in Excel
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
