Job Overview

The Liberty Group is seeking a skilled Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in Dallas. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for demonstrating apartment homes, presenting the community to prospective residents, and managing the leasing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all necessary criteria.
  • Record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
  • Inspect models and available units, communicating related service needs to the Property Manager.
  • Provide community and apartment tours, applying product knowledge to client needs.
  • Present and assist prospects in completing applications and securing deposits in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
  • Update availability reports, process applications for approvals, and follow up with applicants regarding status.
  • Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates.
  • Follow up with prospects who did not close and attempt to close sales again.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing is required.
  • Bilingual candidates are essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
  • Experience with apartment software is a plus.
