Job Overview

At Access Dubuque, we are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for developing responses for local and state request for proposals (RFPs) from the sales organization across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing multiple requests for proposals and responses.
  • Collecting data from archives or cross-functional teams to develop and write the application or proposal.
  • Writing and completing assigned proposals, collaborating with various departments.
  • Utilizing proposal software working with various departments to ensure the most up-to-date product information for proposal creation.
  • Creating and monitoring a project schedule to ensure all projects stay on task.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in K-12 educational and/or EdTech preferred.
  • Experience managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated success achieving service level expectations in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Experience in developing or writing request for proposals (RFPs) and market collateral is preferred.

What We Offer:

At Access Dubuque, we offer a competitive salary range of $54,550 - $80,000 annually, as well as a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
