Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Physician is preferred.
- Board Certification relevant to the specialty is preferred.
- Must hold a valid Physician license in the State of NH.
- Active DEA Registration is required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment; ACLS certification is preferred.
