We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in directing and supervising the implementation of resident care plans, coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units, and creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of resident care plans.
- Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units.
- Routinely round on nursing units to ensure high-quality care.
- Assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties, or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
