Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential door hardware.
- Install, repair, and maintain access control hardware.
- Perform emergency work orders for residential and commercial clients.
- Interpret instructions in written, diagram, or schedule form.
- Troubleshoot with various variables in situations.
- Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment used.
- Read operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information to customers and commercial clients.
- Follow all Kamco and General Contractor policies, rules, and safety regulations.
- Proper and safe use of various power tools and hand tools.
- Receive verbal instructions from management or clients/customers.
- Execute projects as directed by management.
- Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to kneel, crouch, and stoop.
- Ability to reach above and below the shoulders.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground.
- Company vehicle with gas card for work-related travel.
- Cell phone for work-related use.
