This prominent group provides clinical and teaching services for a Level 1 Trauma Center in metropolitan Phoenix, supporting undergraduate and graduate medical education programs.
Job Description and Responsibilities- Replace a retiring member of an established group of five pathologists.
- Primary duties include anatomic pathology sign out.
- Teaching responsibilities include pathology support for resident conferences and tumor boards.
- Approximately 10,000 surgicals, 2,200 non-gyn cytologies, 8,000 gynecologies, 100 bone marrows, and 5-10 non-ME autopsies.
- MD, DO, or MBBS.
- Board Certification/Eligibility required.
- AZ licensure required by date of hire.
- Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Paid time off, including four weeks PTO, one week paid CME, and a $4,000 stipend.
- Company-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance.
- Paid malpractice coverage, inclusive of tail.
- 401K with company match up to 6%.
- Practice Commencement Bonus (signing bonus) available.
