Key responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to research and write protocols and policies, antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacist-driven protocols, medical staff rounding, drug information, and USP 800, 797, and 795 competencies. You will also be responsible for staff education, technician staff management, and supervision. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD degree, previous manager experience, and current hospital pharmacy experience. A current State of CT Pharmacy license is required.
