Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing systems to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential problems to prevent premature and/or unexpected breakdowns/callbacks, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including water, waste, and fuel systems in heating, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in water and gas systems, making necessary repairs or replacements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and test pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures using hand or power tools, adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and pipe fittings, ensuring precise and accurate workmanship.
  • Provide pricing to customers for approval prior to performing any work, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
  • Retain 90% of membership clients and maintain an 85% appointment conversion ratio in the home, maximizing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Maximize lead opportunities based on the company's business plan, driving sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • GED or High School Diploma required; Associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable plumbing experience in a residential service and maintenance operation.
  • Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes, including ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Basic change order cost estimating experience and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
