Senior Project Management Role in Environmental Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement projects related to water and wastewater utilities
  • Conduct technical analysis and leverage expertise
  • Guide project teams in the planning and execution of significant engineering endeavors
  • Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders
  • Manage the contributions of drafters and designers
  • Supervise engineering personnel and technical staff
  • Support and lead efforts in business development
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and design professionals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is essential; Master’s Degree is advantageous
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of water/wastewater utility engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license in California or the ability to secure one within a year
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
  • Proven project management expertise
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Highly driven with a commitment to achieving excellence

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $126,000 - $172,000
