- Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage, and provide directions as needed.
- Arrange transportation for guests/visitors, recording advance requests as necessary.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently as needed.
