We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Palmer Logistics. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our warehouses and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair building fixtures and equipment, including locks, windows, doors, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, and setting up simple furniture.
  • Repair and replace tile, epoxy, and other materials as needed.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including power tools and hand tools.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
