CAPT Technical Sales Training Program – Greenville, SC
Job Summary:
The RBC Bearings Customer and Product Training (CAPT) Program is a comprehensive nine-month curriculum designed for recent college graduates. This salaried program offers a unique blend of sales, product, and application training for Dodge mechanical power transmission products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in classroom and hands-on trainings focused on marketing, customer service, product application, and industry-specific product solutions.
• Develop leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills through various training modules.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively apply training through technical presentations, written testing, and comprehension of industry-specific applications.
• Participate in on-site customer visits and commercial learning opportunities across the continental United States.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or Business with a Sales emphasis.
