Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and respond to the needs of the community within our operational areas. Develop strategies, designs, and initiatives to support these needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of community initiatives, managing vendor relationships and providing direct leadership for specific programs in the field.
  • Enhance community engagement, leadership initiatives, and patient involvement.
  • Manage program tracking, budgets, and projects. Deliver insights and analyses regarding program performance, evaluations, and enhancements.
  • Assist the organization and its leadership in designing, executing, and evaluating community initiatives for patients, staff, and the broader community, including sponsorships, events, and programs.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience of 2-3 years with a high school diploma.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Excel.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
