Conduct Quality Checks to ensure adherence to process standards and document findings in the designated quality management system.
Maintain organized records and files, generate reports, and procure parts and supplies pertinent to job functions.
Work autonomously while adhering to management guidelines.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the current Food Safety System.
Execute preventive maintenance as outlined in the maintenance schedule to optimize equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
Manage the replenishment of supplies, materials, parts, and tools necessary for the assigned area.
Adhere to environmental regulations when handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste.
Safely remove finished products from production areas, ensuring proper identification, banding, and labeling to meet client specifications.
Disassemble, overhaul, and reconstruct production machinery as needed.
Perform troubleshooting on production equipment as required.
Facilitate on-the-job training and development for assigned team members.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and self-learning capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Basic comprehension of electrical component functionality.
  • Proficient in using precision measurement tools.
Consistent and punctual attendance is mandatory.
Effective communication skills in English are required.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is expected to:
Engage in sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods, moving and inspecting objects at various heights, and reading for prolonged durations.
Occasionally lift up to fifty (50) pounds and regularly perform actions such as standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and balancing. This role also necessitates manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Be prepared to work shifts of up to twelve (12) hours, with frequent overtime as necessary.

Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience is essential.
