- Assessing and managing patients experiencing severe health conditions
- Reacting promptly to urgent situations within the healthcare environment
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care and administering prescribed medications
- Engaging with patients and their families to discuss treatment plans
- Maintaining and updating patient medical records
- Ensuring the availability of necessary supplies in patient rooms
- Managing incoming communication effectively
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Possession of BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Current RN license in the State of Florida or a COMPACT nursing state
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an acute care setting
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit
