Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse-Intensive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. As a Registered Nurse-Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
- 2+ years of experience in ICU nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
