Job Title: Mitigation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team at Emergency Restoration Experts LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mitigation and restoration of properties affected by disasters, including water, fire, and mold damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mitigation technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of projects
  • Develop and implement mitigation and restoration plans to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Conduct site assessments to identify damage and develop repair plans
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mitigation and restoration
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and managing projects
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
  • IICRC certifications in ASD, WRT, and FSRT
