We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities- Provide age-appropriate care to patients, utilizing your knowledge of growth, development, and aging.
- Deliver daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
- Assist the care team in implementing the nursing process, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills.
- Graduate of an accredited school or equivalent qualifying experience.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
- Current BLS certification.
- License to pass medications may be required.
- Previous experience as an LPN, in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred.
- Current experience in the assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire.
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty.
