About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team as a residential and commercial service technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our customers, including basic residential and commercial plumbing repairs, water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages, and sewer line replacements.

Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair work, including basic plumbing repairs and water heater replacements
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and other issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential service plumbing
  • Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
