Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Use trust and respect to deepen customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain personal accountability for achieving team and branch goals.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in community events and contribute to the bank's community involvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a financial services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $24.49 per hour. This position is eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, financial, retirement, and work-life benefits.
