About the Role

Washington Trust Bank is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Universal Banker. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including opening new accounts, taking applications, and booking loans.
  • Perform account and customer maintenance, including processing transactions and ensuring accurate account information.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to develop and implement sales strategies, driving growth and revenue.
  • Participate in community events and engage with customers to build relationships and promote the bank's products and services.
