Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Group Leader, Distribution Operations to join our team. As a key member of our distribution operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to ensure the efficient and effective distribution of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to ensure the efficient and effective distribution of products to our customers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution operations or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
