Position Overview:
Accountable for the upkeep of the grounds and landscaping, ensuring they are visually appealing, well-trimmed, and free of litter. The role involves transporting heavy equipment and supplies across various locations within and outside the hospital premises. Assigned areas must be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Completion of specific tasks as directed by management is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clear debris from grounds, landscaping, pathways, driveways, and parking areas.
- Transport equipment and supplies throughout the hospital and its satellite clinics.
- Clean and prepare concrete surfaces in parking areas.
- Maintain flower beds, lawns, trees, and shrubs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand instructions and product labels.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Compensation:
The compensation for this position starts at $17.14 per hour, with final offers determined based on education and experience.
Remote Work Policy:
This position requires on-site work at one of our Children's Mercy locations and is not eligible for remote work.
